The Engineer Trainee program is designed to develop high-potential fresh engineering graduates through structured on-the-job training and hands‑on exposure to manufacturing and engineering operations. The trainee will support daily engineering activities while gaining practical experience across technical, operational, and project-based functions.
Assist senior engineers in daily engineering, production, and maintenance activities.
Support monitoring of machinery, equipment performance, and production processes.
Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and elevate complex problems when required.
Participate in preventive maintenance and operational improvement initiatives.
Support data collection, analysis, and documentation related to engineering processes.
Assist in continuous improvement projects focusing on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimization.
Participate in engineering projects, trials, and technical studies under supervision.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly engineering reports as required.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures.
Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Support quality assurance activities and compliance requirements.
Participate in safety briefings, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and other departments to support operational needs.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding progress and findings.
Actively participate in training and development programs.
