JOB DESCRIPTION: What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the service process from start to finish, providing top-tier solutions:

Client Interface: Handle receiving units from customers for service and returning the repaired units.

Solution Provider: Offer effective solutions and technical advice to clients regarding their installed systems.

Quality Repairs: Execute repairs with precision and neatness (as good as new!) and meet the promised turnaround time.

Pre-Shipment Test: Conduct thorough product testing on all repaired items before they go back to the customer.

Product Guru: Master the technical specs of all company products.

Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct use of their equipment.
