The ideal candidate will bring a methodical approach to handling project documentation, leveraging both project management skills and an eye for detail to track application progress and ensure accurate, timely processing. You will coordinate with various teams, customers, and contractors to retrieve necessary information, ensure smooth workflow, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Your ability to maintain clarity and organization in complex, data-heavy environments will be key in ensuring rebate applications are processed efficiently.
As a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders (including contractors, trade allies, customers, and utility representatives), you’ll work to resolve challenges, provide updates, and ensure all parties are aligned with program requirements.
