Qualifications

• 7 - 15 years of experiences in Electrical Engineer or similar roles
• Proficiency in English, both oral and writing
• Possess SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) will be a huge plus.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (ETAP, SKM PowerToolds, Dialux)
• Experienced working for industrial buildings, plants, EPC, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in a commercial projects is a huge plus.
• Experienced in sustainable design and renewable energy systems.
• Experienced in commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
• Experienced with building codes, standards, and regulations related to electrical systems (SNI, NED, IEC, etc.)
• Possess knowledge of energy efficiency, building automation systems, electronic and ICT.
• Possess strong understanding of power distribution, lughting design, and control systems.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and renewable energy systems.
• Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies to ensure system reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop electrical specifications, drawings, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), Revit is a plus.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering.
• Leading electrical design projects and providing technical expertise.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of electrical systems for diverese range of projects
