Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee all e-commerce channels (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, own website).
  • Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords, pricing).
  • Coordinate promotions, flash sales, and bundling strategies.
  • Ensure excellent digital customer journey and timely support.
  • Work with digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior to enhance personalization and retention.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
  • Provide insights for improvement and new product opportunities.
  • Lead and coach a small team (if applicable) of e-commerce executives or support staff.
  • Provide training and direction to ensure performance standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in consumer goods or sanitary/home improvement sectors.
  • Proven experience managing online marketplaces stores.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
  • Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, digital marketing funnels, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Tech-savvy, creative thinker, and result-oriented mindset.
