Job summary

Overview

Jason Entertainment Indonesia is the Indonesian branch of JASON TOYS, an IP-based collectible toy and merchandise brand founded in China. We are a distribution and promotion company specializing in character merchandise, trading cards, and collectible toys. To support our growing online business, we are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily marketplace operations and support sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role will be WFO at SOHO Capital, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces, including product upload, pricing updates, stock management, and order processing.
  • Ensure product listings, visuals, and campaign materials are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support execution of sales and promotional campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor marketplace performance (traffic, sales, conversion rate) and provide basic analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate KOL, affiliate, and livestream-related activities under the guidance of the E-Commerce Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse, and related teams to ensure smooth campaign and operational execution.
  • Assist in handling order issues, returns, and customer-related operational matters when required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace administration, or similar roles.
  • Familiar with marketplace backend systems and analytics (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Lazada).
  • Basic understanding of KOL, affiliate, and livestream campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
  • Willing to work 6 days in a week (shifting).
