Klara Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Sales & Livestream Specialist to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who is confident in front of the camera, passionate about beauty, and skilled in driving sales through Indonesia’s leading online marketplaces.

You’ll play a key role in building Klara Cosmetics’ online presence by creating engaging livestreams, optimizing product listings, managing campaigns, and executing e-commerce strategies that convert views into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host livestream sessions on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms to promote Klara Cosmetics products in an engaging and professional way.
  • Drive sales performance by understanding platform algorithms, promotions, and consumer behavior across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and flash sales tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop product storytelling and promotional content.
  • Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and livestream insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and visual presentation to ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay up to date with trends in beauty e-commerce, social commerce, and influencer marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience in e-commerce sales, livestreaming, or online marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other major Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
  • Confident and charismatic on-camera presence – able to engage audiences naturally.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce advertising tools, traffic-driving techniques, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Sales-driven, energetic, and passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and digital trends.
