Role Description

This full-time role as an E-commerce Lead is based in Tangerang. The E-commerce Lead will oversee and manage online sales channels, execute effective e-commerce strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth through targeted initiatives. The role demands proactive problem-solving, consistent communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications
  • Strategy & Vision: Achieve volume, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities. Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive growth and profitability, identifying new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-commerce team assigning tasks and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Platform Management : Oversee the e-commerce platform for performance , and scalability, potentially leading re-platforming projects.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute strategies across SEO, SEM (PPC), email, social, and affiliate marketing to acquire and retain customers.
  • Data & Analytics : Analyze performance, and use insights for strategic decisions and reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in Retail Industry/beauty/FMCG.
  • Experience work closely with e-commerce platform
  • Experience working with Agency/MCN to support performance
  • Strong expertise in Commerce, including online sales strategies and e-commerce platform management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize sales and marketing strategies
  • Outstanding Communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and customer interaction
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales abilities to engage effectively with clients and drive customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the beauty or retail industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex projects
