Work you’ll do

Application of accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate/timely financial reports & statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

  • Perform monthly account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner in BlackLine tool. Also follow up on Open Items and clearing them on time.
  • Maintenance of financial records (including analysis of revenues & expenses) in compliance with accepted firm policies and procedures
  • Monthly, quarterly and year end book closure and reporting
  • Preparation of journal entries and other general ledger operations. Also exposure in Asset Life Cycle Management process (Fixed Assets Process)
  • Understanding the Key Business drivers and ensure timely response to the stakeholder queries
  • Preparation of process documentation and coordination with other team members to ensure it reflects the current processes.
  • Liaison with Member Firm finance team
  • Work as a team to achieve Service Level Agreement for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement activities.
  • Participate in Transitions / new activities for their respective Member Firm processes
  • To recognize and act on non-standard situations and adapt work
  • Focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work.
  • Support identification and integration of any new technology like SAP, Blackline, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Member Firm process guidelines and Firm Policies.
  • Liaising and collaborating with other members of the internal finance team and the Business

Requirements
