Strategy Development: Formulating and executing a business and sales strategy, pricing frameworks and competitive positioning to support the company goals. Driving company revenue growth.
Leadership Management: Guiding, mentoring, and leading regional sales, marketing, and business development teams to exceed performance objectives and sales targets.
Identifying new market opportunities, fostering strategic alliances, and building key relationships with major business partners and high-value clients.
Directing the negotiation of contracts and overseeing high-value accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborating with operations, logistics, technical, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment of strategies with product offerings.
Tracking shifts in market demand, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity for decision‑making. Providing regular updates, forecasts, market intelligence, and External Relations matters to senior management.
Analyzing sales performance data, setting sales targets, and refining CRM processes and digital tools to enhance team efficiency and track performance.
Company Representative: Representing the business at industry events, conferences, and executive‑level client engagements to enhance brand visibility and network.
Professional Experience: Proven track record in educational level and sales target/project achievements within the oil and gas manufacturing sector (Pipe, Fitting, Valve, OCTG, etc.). Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities. Strong business development and strategic account management expertise are essential.
Industry Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of the oil and gas value chain, market dynamics, and customer needs.
