Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Perencanaan strategis untuk pengembangan dokumen seperti bekerjasama dg pihak tls, bls, vfs, dll.
  • Pengembangan pasar, bekerjasama dg lembaga2 pendidik (visa student), biro tenaga kerja (visa worker), dll.
  • Meningkatkan kinerja dokumen sehingga lbh efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat mencapai target.
  • Pengembangan staff dokumen (coaching, mentoring, training, dll).
  • Berkomunikasi secara aktif dg semua divisi yg terkait dlm kelancaran bekerja dan meningkatkan penjualan.
Qualifications
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Pariwisata/Manajemen/Administrasi Bisnis).
  • Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang dokumen perjalanan.
  • Menguasai GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) dan Microsoft Office.
  • Paham prosedur dokumen perjalanan & keamanan data.
  • Teliti, rapi, komunikatif, dan mampu memimpin tim.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan & mengatur prioritas.
