Overview

Managing Janji Jiwa Outlet area JAKARTA MERUYA - KEDOYA, maintaining and ensuring all basic store operation are running well.

Responsibilities

• Managing target day to day operations like QC Score, Mystery shopper, KPI, People development, Inventory and else.
• Offer consultation and recommendations to store leader on overcoming operations challenges.
• Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.
• Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives.
• Maximizing sales and profitability across the stores in the area.
• Respond accordingly to effectively handle complaints and offer good solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum D-3 from any reputable University.
• Proven minimum experience 3 years as District/Area Manager.
• Having experiences minimum handle & manage at least 10 outlet/store.
• Experiences from F&B or Coffee will be advantage.
• Able to analyze Sales performance & boost sales productivity.
• Willing to mobile to each outlet during working hours.
• Clear Background check. No record of fraud during work experiences.
