About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Retail & Wholesale) to join our growing team at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia, a leading provider of high-quality home and kitchen products. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our retail and wholesale channels in the South Jakarta region. As the Sales Manager, you will be a key contributor to the overall success of our business, working closely with our retail and distribution partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on achieving ambitious sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Descriptions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Effectively manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Report on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the South Jakarta retail and wholesale landscape, with established relationships in the industry.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to inform decision‑making.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Preferably having experience in retail & wholesale industry (ex: Lionstar).
