A leading engineering firm is seeking a skilled professional for electrical/instrument process engineering, focusing on fleet management systems. The role involves maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring, ensuring system efficiency. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, be available for 24/7 on-call support, and possess knowledge of DNS, firewalls, and server systems. Fluent English is advantageous. Opportunities are project-based, requiring shift work.
Min. 1 - 3 year experiences in Electrical/Instrument process engineering prefer to Fleet Management System.
Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology.
Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers.
Willing to provide 24/7 on call production support and escalation for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.
Willing to be based on project sites and work in shift.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Performs routine maintenance, hardware installation and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.
Responsible for installation, testing, programming, and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well.
Investigate and analyse hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensor, and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficiency.
Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher, and ICT Head Office.
