Accountabilities

• Lead and manage payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations

• Hands‑on experience managing multi-national payrolls across diverse jurisdictions, including tax and compliance complexities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll data and implement data‑driven improvements
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and scalable system implementation
• Familiarity with payroll software, integration with business platforms, and international payroll regulations
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering error‑free payroll operations
