Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment agency is looking for an Engineering Manager for a 5-star resort in Bali. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 5+ years of experience in a similar position, and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and manage large F&B operations. Knowledge in saltwater conversion and budgeting is essential. Only Indonesian Nationals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position with a 5-star hotel background.
• Familiarity with saltwater conversion treatment.
• Ability to budget and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

Our client is a large 5* resort in Bali with a very large F&B operation.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

• Very strong knowledge in all engineering fields
• Familiar with salt water conversion treatment
• Familiar with budgeting and planning

• Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills, result oriented and problem solver
• Energetic, hands‑on, flexible, result oriented, motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent in planning and organizing
• Good command of English
• Computer literate
