Job description

We started our leasing business in Laos in February 2015. Our main operations include business finance lending, used car trading, and movable asset leasing. In October 2019, in our fourth year, we got listed on the Lao market and became one of the largest finance companies in Laos.

We have become the largest finance lease company in Laos. Our five-year plan for 2025-2029 aims for an annual profit of 100 million USD with ongoing business expansion. We focus on Laos’ key industries including agriculture and the promising mining sector through trading, investment, and finance support. We are seeking individuals who aspire to take on challenges with us in Laos.

Responsibilities

• Clearly formulate revenue and risk for trade and investment projects and execute investments aligned with company goals.
• Set long-term targets and be accountable for achieving them.
• Allocate company resources, assign tasks, and manage budgets effectively.
• Lead existing business teams, fostering a collaborative and results‑oriented culture.
• Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for the staff.
• Manage certification processes (e.g., issuance of Letters of Credit) based on management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with international sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Experience in trading operations (domestic, import/export, triangular trade) and new business development is preferred.
• Proven track record in team leadership, resource allocation, and achieving results.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is highly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work in Laos.
• Experience especially in finance support, business development, and trading in mining and agriculture sectors.
• Passionate about business development and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Respectful and culturally sensitive toward Laos communities.
