A growing digital marketing agency in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance paid advertising performance across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid advertising and performance marketing. This role owns the end-to-end execution of digital ads across major platforms and is fully accountable for measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives in Ads Manager, understands data deeply, and knows how to turn insights into scalable growth. You will work closely with eCommerce, Creative, and Marketing teams, but your core responsibility is clear: make ads perform.
Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email-based retargeting.
Own campaign structures, audiences, funnels, and scaling strategies.
Align paid media execution with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
Manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns using platform data and performance benchmarks.
Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take decisive optimization actions.
Optimize ad-to-landing flow to reduce drop‑off and improve conversion rates.
Work with eCommerce teams to improve checkout, product pages, and marketplace funnels.
Execute flash sale, shoppable ads, and retargeting strategies across platforms.
Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform data.
Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports with insights, actions, and next steps.
Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and offers.
Work closely with Creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad visuals and messaging.
Coordinate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to align calendars and campaign priorities.
Share performance insights to guide creative direction and campaign planning.
Use AI tools as supporting assistants for research, analysis, ideation, and efficiency.
Apply AI to identify patterns, generate variations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
Ensure final creative output and messaging remain aligned with brand standards.
≥20% quarterly traffic growth
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital advertising.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (including CPAS), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets.
Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and giving clear creative feedback.
Experience using AI tools as analytical and productivity support.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
