Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive direct bookings, and maximize online revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality marketing, international markets, and digital performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand positioning and revenue objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns across search, display, social media, email, and OTAs.
  • Oversee hotel website content, user experience, performance, and SEO in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
  • Improve organic visibility and traffic in key international markets through effective SEO strategies.
  • Lead social media strategy and content execution to reflect the hotel’s luxury brand, lifestyle, and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, influencers, PR teams, and external agencies to deliver high‑quality digital content.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Indonesian citizen, ideally with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
