We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Supermal Karawaci. As a key member of our marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement and promote our shopping center's brand across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Manage and optimize our website and social media channels to ensure content is up to date and engaging.

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital strategies and implement them effectively.

Collect and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights or suggestions for improvement.

Manage, evaluate and analyze Mobile Apps Content.

Support content planning and execution — ensuring that product listings, visuals, and copy align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Lead creative campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

3 years experience as Digital Marketing Specialist.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or relevant fields.

Proven work experiences as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the retail or shopping center industry.

Experience in managing digital ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
