Qualifications

We are looking for DevOps Engineer with strong Linux systems knowledge and a background in server management and data analytics to support our drone technology. You will play a critical role in ensuring our software systems – from drone firmware to data processing backends – are reliably built, tested, and deployed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for drone firmware, backend services, and data analytics workflows
• Manage Linux-based servers for flight data ingestion, processing, and storage.
• Monitor system logs and analytics dashboards to detect, diagnose, and respond to errors or backlogs in telemetry or mission data.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
• Manage containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work with C++ build systems and ensure consistent deployment environments for native applications.
• Implement system monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation to support incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role with experience in a production environment.
• Strong Linux system administration skills (Ubuntu, Debian, or similar).
• Working knowledge in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, etc
• Experience managing cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure for high-volume data processing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and related bottlenecks.
• Ability to diagnose and debug performance issues in server and application logs.
• Experience in coding and software development is a plus
• Able to speak English and/or Mandarin is preferred
