Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of new product projects related to automotive and motorcycle parts.
• Prepare and review technical drawings for newдак product designs as well as modifications to existing products.
• Develop product prototypes and samples in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct sample trials and prepare comprehensive trial and evaluation reports.
• Travel for business purposes to understand and align with clients’ technical and product requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and development activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Design Engineering Supervisor, with.Match hands on experience in the development of automotive and motorcycle related parts.
• Strong experience in leading design engineering teamsfabricating project concepts, detailed 3D/2D design, BOM accuracy, and overall project timelines.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do business trips.
