Job Description

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to incorporate key inputs and align on forecasted demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust demand plans in response to market changes, customer trends, and inventory levels.
• Participate and lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to communicate forecast updates and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to enhance demand planning accuracy.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field. Ideally with experience coming from manufacturing company at least 5 years
• Agile & Willing to learn
• Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
• Comfortable being an individual contributor / team player.
• Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
• Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
