Responsibilities


  • Mengembangkan strategi inovatif dan rencana efektif untuk merekrut serta mengelola jaringan dealer yang handal.

  • Memastikan setiap proses transaksi berjalan mulus dan sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan.

  • Melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap pesaing bisnis dan aktif mencari mitra kerja baru guna meningkatkan penjualan produk.

  • Berkomitmen untuk memenuhi target penjualan mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan dengan hasil yang optimal.



Requirements


  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma terbuka untuk segala jurusan.

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang sales atau marketing.

  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang sales di perusahaan multifinance atau leasing.

  • Diutamakan memilikijaringan atau rekananan dealer otomotif sertasales officer yang bergerak di bidang multifinance.

  • Memiliki leadership yang kuat dan kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dan kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk menganalisis data penjualan dan tren pasar.

  • Memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office.
