The Client

Datacenter People is partnering with a global leader in power infrastructure for data centers and other mission-critical environments.

What The Job Involves
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our sales teams and strategic customers, delivering expert guidance on datacenter technologies including cooling, cabinets & containments, intelligent PDUs and white space optimisation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define customer targeting strategies and territory account plans, leveraging Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Develop and execute tailored engagement plans for key customer segments such as hyperscalers, colocators and enterprise companies.
  • Support European projects by analysing customer needs, closing solution gaps, and aligning proposals with business objectives.
  • Contribute to product positioning and sales enablement materials to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent LDCS at trade shows and industry events, promoting the portfolio and strengthening market visibility.
We Are Looking For Someone With
  • Technical degree (HBO/academic level) with 10+ years of relevant experience. Broad technical knowledge of the datacenter market and infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales advisory, technical sales, or a similar role within the industry.
  • Solid understanding of technical legislation and product compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for account planning and customer engagement.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into compelling commercial value propositions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language is an advantage.
