Are you a data-driven thinker who’s passionate about turning numbers into meaningful insights — especially in the beauty industry? Glowies Beauty is looking for a Data Analyst to help drive smarter business decisions across Marketing, Product Development, and Sales.

Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources: e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, retail sales, CRM, and more
  • Build and maintain dashboards & performance reports to monitor KPIs and measure program effectiveness
  • Provide relevant and actionable insights to support business strategies and product innovation
  • Perform customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and track user behavior across channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Management) to align data with business goals
  • Support A/B testing, pricing strategies, and performance attribution analysis for campaigns
Qualifications / Kualifikasi
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experienced in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience using Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus
  • Familiar with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopee/Tokopedia dashboards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to deliver insights clearly across different levels of the organization
  • High initiative and curiosity in data exploration and insight development
