Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources: e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, retail sales, CRM, and more
- Build and maintain dashboards & performance reports to monitor KPIs and measure program effectiveness
- Provide relevant and actionable insights to support business strategies and product innovation
- Perform customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and track user behavior across channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Management) to align data with business goals
- Support A/B testing, pricing strategies, and performance attribution analysis for campaigns
Qualifications / Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experienced in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience using Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus
- Familiar with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopee/Tokopedia dashboards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to deliver insights clearly across different levels of the organization
- High initiative and curiosity in data exploration and insight development
