Overview

You will be part of the Fazz data team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support strategic decision making and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to query large data sets and use statistical techniques to interpret results and provide insights to improve business operations.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to leverage data for business process improvement.
• Build reporting and monitoring dashboards for stakeholders to manage business processes and monitor performance.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis (e.g., experimentation analysis) in collaboration with other stakeholders to generate actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish required data sources and design the data warehouse for optimal organization.
• Design and conduct experiments, analyze experimental data to optimize business results.
• Document analytics and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau).
• Strong background in performance experimentation and A/B testing with excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Python and basic machine learning concepts.
• Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run or Cloud Functions is a plus.
• Experience in digital payments, PPOB, or lending businesses is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
