A logistics company based in Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle export shipment inquiries, coordinate essential documentation, and facilitate communication with airlines. Handle export shipment inquiries from customers through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Coordinate export documentation such as invoice, packing list, AWB and other required document.
Communicate with airlines, Monitor shipment status from booking, pickup, customs clearance, until final delivery and provide updates to customers.
Assist customers in understanding export regulations, shipping requirements, and documentation procedures.
Manage complaints and service issues professionally and provide effective solutions.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system related to export shipments.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support potential new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety policies, and international trade regulations.
