• Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with the registration and onboarding of new clients, guiding them through our offerings and membership options.
• Respond to client emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
