We are looking for a Customer Expert (Japanese Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali! If you have strong Japanese communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Japanese-speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.
Native or fluent level of Japanese (spoken & written).
Intermediate English skills are acceptable for this role
Experience studying or working in a Japanese‑speaking environment, or experience communicating with Japanese customers/communities, is a plus!
Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
