Job description
Responsibilities
  • Analyzing customer data within CRM systems, identifying trends, and creating reports and dashboards to visualize insights.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns using CRM data, measuring ROI, and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Segmenting customers based on data and interactions to personalize marketing messages and target specific customer groups.
  • Ensuring data accuracy within the CRM system, identifying and resolving data errors, and implementing data quality controls.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions to support business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI), and data visualization software.
  • Understanding of business operations, marketing, and sales strategies to effectively apply data analysis to improve business outcomes.
  • CRM systems experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Capillary).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL (experience with Python is a plus).
  • Experience in using Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
