Responsible for scouting, selecting, and processing suitable crew based on vessel types such as Tanker, LPG, and LNG.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, scouting, and selecting crew according to vessel requirements.
• Preparing registration and application documents for crew candidates, including vital documents like seaman books, passports, certificates, and medical checkups.
• Submitting crew candidate data aligned with competency standards to the Marine or Technical Superintendent for early interviews.
• Ensuring all documents are valid in accordance with STCW 2010 regulations.
• Reporting on crewing and recruitment activities, including the number of recruits and resignations, vessel assignments, and crew levels.
• Reviewing Manpower Planning for the Deck Department and following up on crew promotions.
• Handling additional job orders as instructed by the Crewing Manager.
