Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Review, KYC, and Phone Verification.
• 1 year of experience as Team Leader preferred.
• Understanding of P2P Lending or Banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise KYC and Phone Verification agents.
• Lead the Credit Review team for performance targets.
• Prepare and analyze team performance reports.
• Report incidents related to KYC and PV processes.
• Update Credit Review procedures.
• Conduct training for KYC and PV agents.
