Responsibilities
  • Create big ideas and marketing campaign concepts for various needs: brand awareness, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
  • Develop storytelling and visual communication direction consistent with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with Senior Creative Marketing and related teams to develop and execute creative ideas.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and visual direction to the design team.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audiences, and competitor insights to generate relevant and innovative ideas.
  • Combine data, research, and creativity to ensure each campaign has maximum impact.
  • Support the cross-division brainstorming process and ensure ideas can be effectively executed by the production team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, advertising agencies, or a similar position.
  • A portfolio containing campaign concepts or creative strategies is a major plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively simultaneously.
  • Able to translate briefs and insights into applicable creative ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media content, and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work in cross-functional teams.
  • High initiative and able to work under tight deadlines.
