Job description

This role supports the Creative & Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and managing daily creative and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Planning & Management (Core)
  • Assist in monthly content planning for Instagram & TikTok (feed, reels, stories)
  • Manage content calendar and posting schedule
  • Coordinate daily uploads (caption, hashtag, tagging, basic QC)
  • Monitor comments and audience interactions
  • Prepare monthly performance report (reach, engagement & evaluation)
B. Content Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate with Videographer (briefs, shot list, output timeline)
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designer (visual needs, revisions, deadlines)
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone & product messaging
  • Support basic copywriting (caption drafting, hooks, CTA)
C. Creative & Project Support
  • Support the Creative & Marketing Manager on Marketing projects
  • Support on Event & activation preparation (content, visuals, documentation)
  • Help organize assets, files, and references
D. Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Assist in task tracking and follow-ups
  • Coordinate timelines so projects stay on schedule
  • Document meeting notes and action items when needed
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Min. 1-2 years experiences in social media / content / creative role
  • Familiar with Instagram & TikTok
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with timelines
  • Comfortable coordinating with creatives (video & design)
  • Able to work on multiple tasks
  • Basic copywriting skill
  • Basic understanding of analytics
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Having a strong work ethic is important
