This role supports the Creative & Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and managing daily creative and social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Planning & Management (Core)
- Assist in monthly content planning for Instagram & TikTok (feed, reels, stories)
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule
- Coordinate daily uploads (caption, hashtag, tagging, basic QC)
- Monitor comments and audience interactions
- Prepare monthly performance report (reach, engagement & evaluation)
B. Content Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with Videographer (briefs, shot list, output timeline)
- Coordinate with Graphic Designer (visual needs, revisions, deadlines)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone & product messaging
- Support basic copywriting (caption drafting, hooks, CTA)
C. Creative & Project Support
- Support the Creative & Marketing Manager on Marketing projects
- Support on Event & activation preparation (content, visuals, documentation)
- Help organize assets, files, and references
D. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Assist in task tracking and follow-ups
- Coordinate timelines so projects stay on schedule
- Document meeting notes and action items when needed
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Min. 1-2 years experiences in social media / content / creative role
- Familiar with Instagram & TikTok
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with timelines
- Comfortable coordinating with creatives (video & design)
- Able to work on multiple tasks
- Basic copywriting skill
- Basic understanding of analytics
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Having a strong work ethic is important
