We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team and drive the development of compelling brand narratives, marketing campaigns, and design solutions that elevate our brand across multiple channels. This role requires a highly strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, capable of transforming business goals into engaging creative work that resonates with consumers and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end creative process across all brand touchpoints: from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in every output.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines that reflect our core identity while allowing creative flexibility across platforms.
  • Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, copywriters, visual artists, and content producers), fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to craft campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Translate business and marketing strategies into breakthrough creative ideas and narratives.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction and feedback, balancing aesthetics, messaging, and performance goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design/technology tools to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and effective.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (9+ years) in a senior creative leadership role, ideally within a fast-moving, consumer-facing brand or agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful, strategic, and visually compelling campaigns across various media (digital, social, print, packaging, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with creative production processes (photo/video shoots, animation, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills able to inspire, mentor, and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities capable of selling ideas internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams.
