Position Overview

Responsible for operations and content quality of adult language courses (retail) across multiple languages including English, Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire curriculum development cycle for the business unit.
  • Ensure curriculum development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with content/academic teams to design course structures, syllabi, and supporting materials.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of ongoing course materials to maintain learning accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Keep course materials up-to-date and relevant to market trends, adult learner needs, and international standards.
  • Implement feedback and material revision mechanisms based on performance data and user feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, linguistics, communication, consulting, or related fields.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in education and educational product sales; advantage in language learning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks, instructional design, and effective language teaching methodologies (e.g., CEFR).
  • Experience teaching languages, especially to adult learners.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Independent, proactive, target‑oriented.
  • Project management skills using structured tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills for course performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with instructors, internal teams, and management.
  • Sales skills: execute strategies, close deals, negotiation abilities.
  • Familiar with digital tools such as CRM, communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and data management applications.
