A diversified group in capital market technology seeks a Business Manager to drive growth and operational synergy. Responsibilities include developing monetization strategies for their Financial Media Portal and assisting with corporate advisory tasks. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in financial sectors like Securities or Asset Management. Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Stock Market and B2B relationship-building skills are essential. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and a professional level of English are required for this on-site role in West Jakarta.
About the Role: We are a diversified group operating in Capital Market Technology (IT), Financial Media (EmitenNews.com), and Corporate Advisory. We are looking for a versatile, commercially driven Business Manager to become the Founder's right-hand person in driving business growth and operational synergy.
1. Business Growth (Media & Tech Focus):
Develop monetization strategies for our Financial Media Portal (EmitenNews.com) beyond standard advertising.
Secure Referral Partnerships with Securities Companies (Sekuritas) to increase user acquisition.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage content distribution channels.
2. Corporate Advisory Support:
Assist the Founder in preparing materials for high-level meetings with Publicly Listed Companies (Emiten).
Draft company profiles, research summaries, and business proposals.
Ensure smooth administration and documentation for advisory deals.
3. Ecosystem Synergy & Operations:
Act as a liaison between the Founder and the IT Development Team (Tri Ultima Solusindo) to ensure project alignment.
Supervise the financial performance of the group's lifestyle asset (Wild Mild Studio) on a monthly basis (High-level oversight).
Manage strategic schedules and external relations with partners/alliances.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Securities (Sekuritas), Asset Management, Financial Media, or Corporate Consulting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indonesian Stock Market (IHSG), Corporate Actions, and Trading Ecosystem.
Network: Proven ability to build relationships with B2B clients in the financial sector.
Traits: Commercially minded (Revenue-focused), organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & Professional proficiency in English.
Willing to work from our office in West Jakarta (Puri Area).
