About the Role

As part of Seven Retail Group's Corporate Legal team, you will play a key role in supporting various business units by ensuring legal compliance, preparing essential documentation, and providing sound legal insight. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about corporate and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents for internal and external use related to the Group’s business activities and corporate transactions.

• Provide day-to-day legal support to business units, including conducting legal research, preparing legal memos or advice, and assisting in due diligence processes.

• Participate in meetings, negotiations, and legal reviews as required.

• Ensure all business practices are aligned with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

• Solid analytical and logical thinking abilities.

• Good understanding of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and Company Law (UU Perseroan Terbatas).
