Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage programs across all ArkaGroup lifestyle outlets which are Franco, Bastian, Kinkhao, Ryota, and Journee
• Develop and standardize bar SOPs, recipes, and quality control systems
• Lead, train, and mentor the Bartenders to maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams for seasonal menus, brand events, and promotional campaigns
• Manage vendor relationships, cost control, and inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bar management or beverage operations (multi‑outlet experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for team development
• Proven track record in cocktail innovation and operational excellence
• Excellent understanding of cost control, purchasing, and P&L management
