Copywriter/Content Creator for Personal Development Niche

I am a leadership and mindset coach working with entrepreneurs who want clarity, stronger decision-making, and aligned growth in both business and life. My work is solution-focused, practical, and grounded in real-life application.

I’m looking for a copywriter to help shape my ideas into thoughtful, engaging content for Instagram and YouTube—content that feels human, grounded, and purposeful, not generic or hype-driven.
Exceptional English communication skills are essential for this role. Your deep comprehension of English will ensure that the content is accurately and effectively communicated to an English-speaking audience.

Role Responsibilities

Turn raw ideas into polished, ready-to-publish copy

Draft scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling frameworks

Edit and refine scripts for Instagram and YouTube (short and long form)

Support launch copy for coaching programs and community offers

Build repeatable content templates

Stay ahead of trends in self-development, personal branding, and social media

Create clear structure for daily content production

Who You Are

You understand how to write high-retention social media content

You have experience in personal development, coaching, mindset, psychology, or wellness spaces

You’re comfortable writing both short-form and long-form copy

You’re an idea generator—proactive, collaborative, and easy to work with

You can adapt quickly to my brand tone: practical, warm, and grounded

Experience working with YouTubers, coaches, creators, or personal brands is a bonus

You’re obsessed with clarity, precision, and emotional connection

Requirements

2+ years of copywriting experience

Portfolio with relevant samples

Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends

Ability to pitch ideas regularly

Comfortable working with clear deadlines

Nice to have (not required):

Photography skills or a good visual eye
Digital design skills (e.g. Canva, simple visuals for social media)

Five working days per week, Monday to Friday

Flexible schedule - you can start work anytime between 8 - 11 AM.

This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere with occasional meetups in Bali
