A leading consulting firm is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Medan, Indonesia. Job description

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussion across members to drive the industry agenda on continuous improvement cooperative working, project management of the Efficiency Task Force.
• Act as a change agent by challenging stakeholders and anchoring the CI culture in the business unit.
• Develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy in business unit.
• Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects, able to conduct training and workshops to drive cultural change in business unit

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably from Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical
• Proficient in MS office and Data Analysis
• Willing to be placed in Medan Area
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or minimum Green Belt.
• Minimum 7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, with problem solving technique, like PDCA, 5 whys.
• Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/Work Out sessions with a range of dept. (incl. Experience of process/value stream mapping)
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions (project experienced).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, project and product management skills
