Lingkup Pekerjaan
  • Menyusun strategi konten dan campaign lintas channel (TikTok, Instagram, Website, Marketplace) untuk meningkatkan traffic, views, engagement, dan conversion.
  • Mengembangkan ide kreatif untuk campaign harian, mingguan, musiman, termasuk photoshoot plan dan kolaborasi eksternal bila diperlukan.
  • Membuat content calendar berbasis tren, riset kompetitor, dan data performa sebelumnya.
  • Mengarahkan proses eksekusi campaign ke seluruh tim kreatif agar visual, pesan, dan objektif campaign selaras.
  • Mengelola publishing konten dan distribusi multi-platform sesuai timeline campaign dan tujuan marketing.
  • Menganalisis performa konten dan campaign berbasis KPI (CTR, CVR, retention, traffic, conversion) serta menyusun rekomendasi aksi untuk iterasi berikutnya.
  • Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi selama pelaksanaan produksi.
  • Mengelola knowledge base campaign (lesson learned, winning pattern, failing pattern) untuk memastikan sistem campaign semakin efisien dan scalable.
Kualifikasi Utama
  • Menguasai content strategy dan campaign planning berbasis funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion).
  • Analitis dan mampu membaca data performa konten (CTR, CVR, retention, view velocity, conversion path).
  • Mampu merencanakan dan menyusun brief campaign serta mengarahkan tim eksekutor (Creator, Designer, KOL, Talent, Vendor, dll).
  • Terorganisir, disiplin timeline, mampu menangani banyak campaign secara paralel.
  • Komunikatif, negosiator yang baik, dan mampu menjaga hubungan dengan partner kolaborasi.
  • Mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan berkolaborasi lintas tim dalam tempo cepat.
Kualifikasi Penguat
  • Portofolio campaign yang terbukti meningkatkan traffic/engagement/sales.
  • Pengalaman 2+ tahun sebagai Content Strategist, Campaign, atau Brand Executive (fashion/lifestyle lebih diutamakan).
  • Pengalaman membuat dan menjalankan campaign online/offline dengan hasil terukur.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola photoshoot dan video shoot untuk kebutuhan asset marketing.
  • Familiar dengan paid ads sehingga mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim performance marketing.
