Role Overview:

As a Consulting Director for Supply Chain (SIM), you will play a crucial role in our client's Operations team, focusing on projects related to market entry, growth, procurement/spend management, and optimizing value from operations. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supplier Information Management (SIM), you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions to address the evolving challenges and opportunities facing our client's diverse clientele across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our client's Supply Chain Consulting practice, focusing on projects related to market entry, growth, and procurement/spend management in Indonesia.
• Lead and oversee client engagements, utilizing your deep industry knowledge and understanding of SIM dynamics to develop customized solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within the supply chain ecosystem, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements in SIM and supply chain management, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them maintain competitiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• PREFERRED Experience working in a management consulting firm as a leadership & market development role (Senior Manager above)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with a focus on Supplier Information Management or related areas.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, including Supplier Information Management systems and tools.
• Proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements, driving tangible business outcomes for clients in the SCM space.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to address client challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
