Job description

Supervise the store construction process from start to finish.

Handover a new site with the mall/shop/investor, including re-measurement of the field and report photos of field conditions. Provide the results of the site visit to the designer and follow up on shop working drawing designs.

Coordinate working drawings with contractors, perform checklists, and hand over project results with contractors. Re-measure for quotations with contractors.

Know the schedule and coordinate with related departments regarding the delivery of goods for new stores. Monitor until the goods arrive at the store.

Coordinate with the operational team regarding product display schedules and store openings.

Prepare reports on the store construction progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction in a related field (retail industry experience is an advantage).
• Familiar with building materials, electrical principles, and decoration design of large chain stores.
• Understand construction project management and work methods.
• Willing to travel for business if required.
• Willing to work under pressure and be detail-oriented.
