Job summary

An international technology solutions provider in Jakarta is seeking a proven leader for operations management. The role requires significant experience in technology sales and business development, strong P&L management, and the ability to build client relationships. Only Indonesian passport holders will be considered. This position offers a challenging environment with a focus on driving revenue and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in technology-related sales, business development, or general management at a country or regional level.
  • A track record of driving business growth and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and full P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain enterprise-level client relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with cloud, AI, Big Data, or DevOps solutions and how they address enterprise business challenges.
  • 10+ years of experience hands-on CM experience with relevant leadership exposure.
  • Open for Indonesian passport holders only.

Responsibilities

Overall P&L: Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

  • Develop Overall Business Plan: Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress. Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met.
  • New Business Initiatives: Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
  • Resources Management: Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Oversee the hiring and training of staff in the region. Staff selection, training development, scheduling and ongoing professional development of employees will be involved.
