  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management.
  • Good understanding of regulations related to corporate legality, government reporting, business licensing (OSS/BKPM), taxation, and company governance.
  • Familiar with company legal documents such as founding documents, business licenses, contracts, and other administrative records.
  • Able to prepare and review policies, SOPs, compliance reports, and conduct basic internal checks or risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of Shareholders Meetings (GMS) and Board of Directors/Commissioners meetings, including preparing invitations, meeting materials, and minutes.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate well with notaries, government offices, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to multitask and use administrative tools or document management systems.
Job Description
  • Ensure all company activities follow applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor new regulations and inform management of any required updates or compliance actions.
  • Develop, review, and update internal SOPs and policies, and ensure they are implemented properly across all departments.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and internal reviews, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Provide training or briefings to employees about compliance rules and updates.
  • Handle whistleblowing reports, perform initial investigations, and provide recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within the company.
  • Coordinate General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), Board meetings, and Committee meetings, including preparing documents and meeting minutes.
  • Manage company legal and administrative documents to ensure they remain valid, organized, and up to date.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulators, and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
