What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and packages.
  • Conduct market surveys to align with industry standards.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, other health insurance & leave policies, etc.
  • Improve benefits offerings to meet employee and company goals.
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate PPh 21 tax calculation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll budgets and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including BPJS and tax-related requirements.
  • Provide reports on compensation trends and benefits usage.
  • Address & clearly communicate employee questions about compensation and benefits, also policies updated.
What You Will Bring to this Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a SaaS or IT company.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
