Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to support the commercial performance of our footwear brand. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in footwear retail, excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate data into impactful commercial actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute commercial strategies for footwear categories in line with brand positioning and seasonal direction.
  • Lead assortment planning, range architecture, and sales forecasting for footwear collections, including core, seasonal, and trend‑driven products.
  • Analyze sales performance, margins, inventory levels, customer buying behavior, and competitor insights to develop actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Manage pricing architecture, markdown strategies, promotional plans, and inventory flow to maximize gross margin and sell‑through across footwear categories.
  • Conduct regular store visits and competitor benchmarking within the footwear market to gather insights on trends, pricing, fit, comfort, and merchandising, and translate findings into commercial decisions.
  • Work closely with Concept, Design, Product Development, Buying, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure strong execution from product creation to in‑season performance.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to improve in‑season trading, stock productivity, and overall commercial performance of footwear categories.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Footwear Retail Commercial, Merchandising, or Brand Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the footwear product lifecycle, including materials, construction, sizing, and seasonal trading dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of fashion and lifestyle footwear trends combined with strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical skills with solid understanding of sales performance, margin management, and inventory turnover in footwear retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with retail analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be located in Karawaci Area.
