This role requires a strategic mindset and proven sales leadership. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key retailers and grow the customer base, ensuring sales targets are met and customer partnerships are strengthened. Minimum 10 years in the ingredients or FMCG industry is required, along with strong project management and negotiation skills.

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving commercial growth in Indonesia. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, proven sales leadership, and the ability to expand the customer base while strengthening partnerships with existing accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Account Managers, ensuring sales targets are achieved and the business becomes the "most valued partner" for its customers.
